YT Boss operates as an independent digital promotion and coordination platform that facilitates structured collaboration between brands, businesses, creators, and influencers.
- YT Boss acts solely as a facilitator and intermediary, providing promotion management, creative services, advertising support, coordination, and operational assistance.
- YT Boss is not an employer, partner, agent, or representative of any brand, creator, influencer, or user, and does not create any employment or partnership relationship.
- The platform does not guarantee outcomes such as views, reach, engagement, followers, leads, sales, revenue, or business growth.
- All collaborations, promotions, and services are executed on a best-effort basis and are subject to platform-defined processes and agreed scopes.
- Direct communication, private deals, or off-platform coordination between brands, creators, and influencers that bypass YT Boss are strictly prohibited.
- If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not access or use the YT Boss website or services.
For the purpose of these Terms & Conditions, “Platform”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” shall refer to YT Boss.
1. Platform Role & Structure
The platform operates strictly as an independent middleman and service mediator between brands, creators, and influencers. We do not act as an employer, partner, agent, or legal representative of any party.
- The platform’s role is limited to coordination, communication, promotion management, and service execution between brands, creators, and influencers.
- Direct contact is strictly prohibited between brands, creators, and influencers. This includes direct calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, meetings, sharing personal contact details, or entering private agreements outside the platform.
- All discussions, approvals, pricing, timelines, deliverables, and campaign coordination must be conducted only through the platform’s official communication channels.
- Any attempt to bypass the platform, initiate off-platform communication, or conduct independent deals will be treated as a serious policy violation. Such actions may result in campaign cancellation, removal from the network, suspension or termination of accounts, and denial of future services without prior notice.
2. General Terms
These General Terms apply to all users, brands, creators, and influencers who access or use the platform and its services. By using the platform, you agree to comply with these terms in full.
- The platform provides services related to promotion, coordination, creative support, advertising, and business services on a best-effort basis only.
- The platform does not guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to views, engagement, followers, leads, sales, revenue, or brand growth.
- The platform is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any social media platform, advertising network, or third-party service.
- Platform performance may be affected by algorithm changes, policy updates, audience behavior, or external market conditions, which are beyond the platform’s control.
- The platform reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- All services, agreements, and disputes shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
3. Promotion Services
The platform provides digital promotion services with the objective of improving content visibility and audience reach. Promotion services are offered strictly on a best-effort basis and do not guarantee outcomes.
- Promotion refers to increasing visibility and reach and does not imply guaranteed engagement, followers, conversions, sales, or revenue.
- Promotion methods may include organic promotion, influencer-based promotion, paid promotion, or a combination, depending on campaign requirements.
- The platform strictly prohibits the use of bots, fake likes, fake followers, artificial engagement, or misleading promotional techniques.
- Promotion results depend on multiple external factors such as content quality, audience behavior, platform algorithms, timing, and market competition, which are beyond the platform’s control.
- Promotion should not be considered an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of success by the platform or any influencer.
- Once a promotion campaign has started, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, as resources and execution are already allocated.
4. Brand / Business / User Responsibilities
Brands, businesses, and users using the platform are responsible for ensuring that all submitted content, information, and campaign requirements comply with applicable laws, platform policies, and ethical advertising standards.
- Brands and users must submit only legal, original, and platform-compliant content and confirm that they hold all necessary rights, licenses, or permissions for promotion.
- The submission of misleading claims, false advertising, restricted products, illegal services, or policy-violating content is strictly prohibited.
- The platform does not guarantee business growth, leads, conversions, sales, revenue, or return on investment resulting from any service.
- Brands acknowledge that influencer opinions, presentation style, and audience response are independent and the platform is not responsible for personal views expressed by influencers or creators.
- Brands, businesses, and users are not permitted to initiate direct contact or private deals with influencers or creators outside the platform.
- Any attempt to bypass the platform’s processes, payment systems, or communication structure will be treated as a serious violation and may result in immediate service termination or account suspension.
5. Influencer Responsibilities
Influencers participating on the platform are required to follow ethical promotion practices, platform policies, and agreed campaign guidelines at all times.
- Influencers must use only real, organic, and transparent methods for content promotion and audience engagement.
- The use of fake engagement, bots, automated activity, or purchased followers is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the platform.
- Influencers are solely responsible for their social media accounts, reach, engagement levels, strikes, suspensions, or bans imposed by any platform.
- Influencers must not misrepresent, alter, or provide false information regarding brand content, campaign objectives, or deliverables.
- All agreed timelines, posting schedules, guidelines, and deliverables must be followed as communicated through the platform.
- Influencers acknowledge that audience response, engagement, and campaign results are not guaranteed and depend on external factors beyond the platform’s control.
6. Content Creators
Content creators using the platform are responsible for ensuring that all submitted content complies with applicable laws, copyright rules, and platform policies.
- All content must be copyright-free, legal, and original, or the creator must hold valid rights, licenses, or permissions for its use and promotion.
- The platform provides only distribution, coordination, and promotional support and does not claim ownership over creator content unless explicitly agreed in writing.
- The platform does not guarantee views, engagement, reach, rankings, monetization, or audience growth for creator content.
- Creators remain solely responsible for any policy violations, strikes, takedowns, or penalties imposed by third-party platforms.
- Deleting, modifying, or restricting access to content during or after promotion may affect results, and the platform will not be held responsible for such impact.
7. Influencer Network Join
Influencers and creators may apply to join the platform’s influencer network in order to participate in campaigns and collaboration opportunities.
- Joining the influencer network is voluntary and subject to approval based on profile review, content quality, engagement authenticity, and category relevance.
- Acceptance into the influencer network does not guarantee work, campaign allocation, collaborations, or earnings of any kind.
- The platform reserves the right to verify influencer profiles, including engagement patterns and audience authenticity, at any time.
- The platform may remove, suspend, or restrict any influencer from the network at its sole discretion without prior notice if policies are violated.
8. Creativity Services
The platform offers creative services including but not limited to design, content ideation, visual creatives, and promotional materials as per agreed requirements. All creative services are delivered on a best-effort basis.
- Creative work is subjective in nature, and individual preferences, opinions, or aesthetic choices may vary from person to person.
- Once a creative concept or final output is approved, only limited revisions may be provided, as defined by the agreed scope.
- Creative materials provided by the platform must not be resold, reused, redistributed, or modified beyond the agreed purpose without written consent.
- All creatives are supplied strictly for the specific campaign or use-case agreed upon, and any unauthorized usage may result in service suspension or legal action.
9. AI-Based Services (Video, Logo, Thumbnail & Design)
The platform may provide AI-powered creative services including video creation, logo design, thumbnail design, banners, and other visual assets using artificial intelligence tools and assisted human inputs.
- AI-generated output may vary from previews, references, or samples, and exact replication of any example is not guaranteed.
- The platform may use third-party AI tools or software, each governed by its own policies, limitations, and technical constraints.
- Due to the nature of AI systems, there may be accidental similarities with existing designs, visuals, or concepts, for which the platform will not be held liable.
- Trademark availability, copyright registration, and legal protection of logos or designs are solely the responsibility of the brand or user.
- Delivery of editable files, source files, or raw AI outputs is optional and subject to prior agreement, scope, and pricing.
10. Business Services & Consultation
The platform may provide business-related services such as strategy planning, promotional consultation, execution guidance, and operational support to brands and users.
- Business services are provided in an advisory and support capacity only, and the platform does not make final business or financial decisions on behalf of any brand or user.
- All strategic recommendations, insights, or suggestions are offered on a best-effort basis and do not guarantee business success, growth, profitability, or market dominance.
- External factors such as market conditions, competition, consumer behavior, and industry trends may significantly impact outcomes and are beyond the platform’s control.
11. Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
The platform may manage or assist with Meta advertising services, including Facebook and Instagram Ads, strictly in accordance with Meta’s advertising policies and guidelines.
- All Meta Ads will be run under Meta’s official ad systems and policies, and ad approval, rejection, or restriction is solely determined by Meta.
- The platform does not guarantee ad performance metrics such as reach, impressions, clicks, conversions, leads, sales, CPC, or ROI.
- Ad performance may vary due to competition, bidding dynamics, audience behavior, creative quality, and algorithm changes, which are beyond the platform’s control.
- All advertising budgets, spends, and billing actions will be executed only with brand or user approval.
- The platform shall not be held liable for ad account restrictions, suspensions, disapprovals, or penalties imposed by Meta due to policy enforcement or account history.
12. Google Ads
The platform may provide management or support services for Google Ads campaigns in accordance with Google’s advertising policies and guidelines.
- All Google Ads campaigns are subject to Google’s approval systems, automated reviews, and policy enforcement.
- The platform does not guarantee specific results such as rankings, impressions, clicks, leads, conversions, sales, or return on ad spend.
- Keyword competition, bid costs, quality scores, and campaign performance may fluctuate over time due to market dynamics beyond the platform’s control.
- The platform shall not be held responsible for ad disapprovals, account suspensions, restrictions, or penalties imposed by Google for policy violations or account history.
13. Payments & Refunds
All payments for services offered through the platform are subject to the terms outlined below. By proceeding with any service, you agree to these payment conditions.
- All service fees must be paid in advance unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing by the platform.
- Once a campaign, service, or project has commenced, payments made are non-refundable, as resources, time, and execution efforts are already allocated.
- Off-platform payments, private transactions, or side deals between brands, creators, and influencers are strictly prohibited.
- Any misuse of payment systems, including false chargebacks, payment disputes without valid reason, or fraudulent activity, may result in immediate account suspension, termination of services, and permanent restriction from the platform.
14. Communication (WhatsApp & Email)
For operational convenience and service coordination, the platform may communicate with users, brands, creators, and influencers through WhatsApp, email, or other digital communication channels.
- The platform may collect and use WhatsApp numbers and email addresses solely for communication, service updates, campaign coordination, and support purposes.
- By using the platform, users consent to receive communication via WhatsApp, email, or similar channels for operational and informational purposes.
- WhatsApp and email are used as convenience-based communication tools and should not be considered official channels for legal notices or formal legal correspondence.
- The platform shall not be held liable for delays, missed messages, non-responses, or communication failures caused by network issues, third-party services, or user-side limitations.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that their contact details are accurate and up to date to avoid any disruption in communication.
15. WhatsApp Groups
The platform may create and manage official WhatsApp groups to facilitate announcements, updates, campaign coordination, and general communication.
- The platform will act as the group administrator and reserves full rights to manage group settings, content, and member participation.
- WhatsApp groups are intended solely for official updates, guidelines, and information sharing. Spam, abuse, harassment, and off-topic discussions are strictly prohibited.
- The platform reserves the right to remove any member from the group without prior notice if group rules or platform policies are violated.
- Participation in WhatsApp groups is optional, and users may choose not to join or may exit the group at any time.
- The platform does not guarantee message delivery, response time, or engagement within WhatsApp groups and shall not be held liable for missed communications.
16. Data & Confidentiality
The platform is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of information shared by brands, creators, influencers, and users during the course of service delivery.
- All platform-related data, including user details, campaign information, pricing, communication records, and network contacts, are considered confidential and must not be misused or shared without authorization.
- The platform will not sell or publicly disclose user data and will use such information solely for internal operations, service execution, communication, and compliance purposes.
- The platform may rely on third-party tools or services (such as hosting providers, email services, or messaging platforms), each governed by their own privacy policies, over which the platform has no direct control.
- While reasonable security measures are implemented, the platform shall not be held liable for data breaches or unauthorized access resulting from third-party systems or circumstances beyond its control.
17. Liability & Legal Limits
The platform provides services on a best-effort basis and shall not be held liable for outcomes, losses, or damages arising from factors beyond its control.
- The platform shall not be liable for loss of revenue, loss of profit, business interruption, brand reputation damage, or indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of any service.
- Changes in platform algorithms, advertising policies, audience behavior, reach limitations, or account actions imposed by third-party platforms are beyond the platform’s control, and no liability shall arise from such changes.
- In the event of any dispute, disagreement, or conflict between a brand and an influencer or creator, the platform acts only as a mediator and shall not be considered a legal party to such disputes.
- The platform shall not be held responsible for delays, failures, or service interruptions caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to system outages, technical failures, natural disasters, government actions, or policy changes by third-party platforms.
18. Right to Refuse & Termination
The platform reserves full discretion to manage access to its services and maintain compliance with its policies, standards, and operational requirements.
- The platform reserves the right to refuse, decline, or discontinue any user, brand, creator, influencer, campaign, or service request at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
- Any violation of platform policies, Terms & Conditions, payment rules, or communication guidelines may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access to services.
- Termination may occur without prior notice in cases involving policy breaches, misuse of services, fraudulent activity, abuse, or attempts to bypass the platform.
- Upon termination, the platform reserves the right to cancel ongoing campaigns, restrict future access, and withhold services without any obligation to issue refunds.
19. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Intellectual property rights related to content, creatives, designs, strategies, and materials must be respected by all parties using the platform.
- All platform branding, website content, layouts, processes, and documentation remain the exclusive property of the platform.
- Creatives, AI outputs, designs, videos, or materials delivered to users may be used only for the agreed purpose and scope.
- Unauthorized copying, resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or misuse of platform-provided materials is strictly prohibited.
- The platform may showcase completed work in its portfolio, case studies, or marketing unless explicitly restricted in writing.
- Any intellectual property dispute arising from submitted content shall be the sole responsibility of the content owner.
20. Changes to Services & Terms
The platform continuously evolves its services, processes, and offerings to improve quality and compliance.
- The platform reserves the right to modify, add, suspend, or discontinue any service, feature, or offering at any time.

All users, brands, creators, and influencers agree to indemnify and hold the platform harmless against any claims, losses, or damages arising from their actions or content.
- Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the platform, its owners, team members, and partners from any claims, damages, penalties, or expenses.
- This includes claims arising from copyright infringement, trademark disputes, false advertising, illegal content, policy violations, or misuse of services.
- Any legal dispute caused by user-submitted content or off-platform actions shall be the sole responsibility of the concerned user.
- The platform shall not be responsible for legal costs, compensation, or damages arising due to third-party claims linked to user activity.
22. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from the use of the platform or its services shall be resolved in accordance with the laws applicable in India.
- Parties agree to first attempt amicable resolution through discussion before initiating any legal proceedings.

24. Third-Party Platforms & Tools Disclaimer
The platform may use or integrate third-party platforms, tools, software, and services while delivering its offerings.
- Third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, WhatsApp, AI tools, hosting services operate independently under their own policies.
- The platform does not control third-party outages, policy changes, pricing updates, or technical limitations.
- Any loss, restriction, or issue arising due to third-party platforms shall not result in platform liability.
25. Severability & Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions constitute the complete agreement between the platform and its users.
- If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully valid and enforceable.
- These Terms supersede all prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral.
